一、螺旋壓榨破碎機(jī)技術(shù)特征：

螺旋壓榨破碎機(jī)顧名思義就是，利用強(qiáng)制擠壓技術(shù)將木片、竹片等原料利用螺旋壓縮原理強(qiáng)制擠壓，至原料結(jié)構(gòu)破裂，將植物纖維之間的水份、糖份、植物膠等成分通過(guò)強(qiáng)制壓榨擠出來(lái)一部分。擠出木材、竹子植物內(nèi)的汁液后，將顯著降低蒸煮制漿過(guò)程中溶解的木質(zhì)素，縮短蒸煮軟化時(shí)間，降低溶解液的處理成本...壓榨脫水后的原料中空、結(jié)構(gòu)疏松，有利于藥液的吸收，縮短蒸煮時(shí)間。擠壓后的纖維對(duì)藥液吸收快，藥液容易進(jìn)入纖維內(nèi)，使原料中的木質(zhì)素快速降解。
